Our Customer Service Department supports all equipment sold by Namco Bandai Games, Brent Sales and Brent Electronic with telephone and on-line technical advice from our experienced technicians, extensive repair workshops and with a multi-million pound investment in advance replacement parts. Machine manuals are downloadable from our website (See 'Technical Manuals' link above) and our philosophy is that if a part is repairable then a replacement should be provided where possible, generally overnight but no later than three working days worldwide.
