Warranty policy

Our warranty includes parts, labour and despatch carriage. Please contact our technical department for all warranty and advance replacement requests.

Advance replacements under warranty:

Advance replacement parts will also be supplied for: Machines purchased and under warranty (90 days). Please quote machine name and serial no. when ordering goods discovered faulty upon arrival or up to 90 days depending on condition and usage.

Extended Warranty:

Please note that certain items carry a 12 month warranty for repair only. Advance replacement of these parts will incur a handling charge plus carriage.

Advance Repair (out of warranty):

Advance repair items out of warranty will be supplied where possible. Such items will be invoiced on despatch and credited less carriage on return. A subsequent repair invoice will be raised if the goods are repairable, if not the full value will be invoiced.

Return of Advance Replacements / Repairs:

All advance replacements / repairs will be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. This must be returned with the goods to allow identification and credit. Return carriage must be prepaid and insured, as proof of delivery may be required. Goods must be returned with paperwork within seven days or no credit will be allowed.

Goods Returned / Delivery Shortages:

Goods returned as incorrectly ordered or not required may be subject to a 20% handling charge. Goods returned after 14 days will be returned to the customer and not credited. All shortages must be notified within 7 days.
