The structural changes will also simplify after-sales support for sister companies Brent Sales and Bandai Namco Games, making the process of ordering spares and advance replacement parts easier for customers throughout the UK, Ireland and Continental Europe.

The reorganisation sees Darrell Simmonds promoted to the post of Sales Office Manager, responsible for the day to day running of the office. Darrell joined Brent Electronic in October 2006 as Field Sales Executive.

Diane O'Neill, who has worked in the Customer Services department since October 1996, will now assume the role of Sales Executive, taking orders for spares and advance replacement parts such as coin mechs, PCBs and PC systems.

Commenting on the new division, Brent Electronic Sales Manager, Steve Short said: "These changes are designed to improve customer service, in terms of both quality and speed of delivery. Darrell and Diane, along with other members of the Sales and Customer Services team, have extensive knowledge and experience across a wide range of brands catered for and will continue to provide the high levels of service our customers have come to expect."
