Brent's performers on the road to stardom
Backed by some of the best-known manufacturers on the international scene, Brent Sales' star performers tour is currently appearing at major resorts across Britain. Amongst the stars of the show are novelty/redemption acts from ICE, Bandai Namco Games and Jennison Entertainment Technologies – each bringing its own unique talent to a variety performance that's second to none.
Brent's head of sales, Mick Kennedy stated: "There's no question that when it comes to novelty and redemption, our star line-up has got to be the hottest ticket in town. What's more, the truck-stop tour also features blockbuster prize merchandisers Clena-Flex and Barber Cut and video superstars Nirin and H2Overdrive. Tour managers John Crompton and Geoff Spencer are bringing the whole parade right to customers' doors; it's a one stop shop extravaganza!" The ICE line-up comprises a wealth of diversity for players of all ages and abilities, with the most recent additions to the range covering a mix of traditional and contemporary entertainment themes. Hat Trick is a fast-paced, football-themed, three-player coin roll-down game with ticket goals and a cross-field bonus area that triggers a 'Hat Trick' of progressive jackpot ticket wins. Big, bright and beautiful, Big Win Super Spin is a simple yet compelling skill-stop proposition with three opportunities hit the jumbo ticket jackpot. At half the price of competing products, it is pound-for-pound one of the biggest earners around. The towering, small-footprint Free Fallin' asks players to stop a ball in mid-descent amongst a chute of ticket values following its cascading fall though a pinboard. Hitting the midway marker generates an operator-adjustable bonus jackpot. The game is available in standard (2.5m high) and Max (3.2m) sizes. Licensed on the hit TV show, The Price Is Right is a pusher-style, two-player piece providing multiple slots for players to 'Plinko' their way through six gates on their way to the jackpot bonus wheel, which emulates the famous Big Wheel Spin. Authentic prize-style livery and genuine TV show sound effects bring instantly recognisable appeal. Brent's ICE bandwagon is also complemented by another TV-inspired redemption masterpiece, Deal or No Deal, available in deluxe and compact formats, as well as Buster Bubbles, an interactive touchscreen game aimed at the younger end of the playerbase. Another redemption star from the U.S., Jennison has developed two two-player coin roll-down linkable games, both with a movie-based theme featuring dramatic silver screen gameplay and stylish design to appeal to players of all ages and abilities. New for 2009 comes Intermission, following its predecessor, Hollywood Reels, which has already established itself as a high grossing box office hit at cinemas, FECs and at the coast. All in all, a star-studded line up from the 2009 Brent road show. |
